Important Notice re Social Assistance and Patient Travel Clients

Dear Social Assistance and Patient Travel Clients,

It is very important that receipts, utility bills, and invoices are submitted to LNIB Community Services within 60 days of completed service. This is due to First Nations Health Authority and Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada requiring accurate quarterly reporting. Without these receipts, utility bills, and invoices being submitted on time, the quarterly reporting is not being correctly represented.

Please note that if these receipts, utility bills, and invoices are not submitted within 60 days of completed service, we will be unable to approve payment or reimbursement of these services.
